Agreement
By accessing or using this website and any of our programs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
Educational purpose
The content on this website and within our programs is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and does not replace the relationship you have with your physician or licensed healthcare provider. Always seek professional advice before making changes to your medications or medical care.
Services and consultations
Functional medicine consultations and protocols are provided by Angela Simpson based on the information you share. Your active participation, honesty and follow-through are part of the agreement. Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
Bookings, payments and refunds
Program fees are payable at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise. Memberships are billed monthly until cancelled. One-time digital products and self-paced courses are non-refundable once accessed. For 1:1 programs, please refer to your signed proposal for cancellation and refund terms.
Appointment policy
Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule a consultation. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged in full.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, protocols, courses and downloads, is owned by Angela Simpson Functional Medicine and protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute or resell any part of it without written permission.
Third-party links
We may link to external products or websites we trust. We are not responsible for the content, practices or accuracy of third-party sites.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angela Simpson Functional Medicine is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, programs or content.
